This research is conducted to find the effectiveness of teaching and learning progress as a team (STAD) for the subject of Visual Art Education among the form two pupils of SMK Bandar Baru Seri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur. About 80 students from two classes have been selected to the sample for this research. The comparison of two techniques of teaching and learning is the main focus to obtain the finding for the questions and hypothesis of the research. Researcher uses the teaching and learning as a team approach (cooperatively) through studio project towards the ‘sample’. Paired Samples T-Test is used to measure the achievement by looking at the min pre-exam and pre-post exam. The Analysis Correlations towards the answers of questionnaires and check-list are used to seek the relations between the variables and the approach of teaching cooperatively.
