Abstract: 

Temuan's Craft: Tradition and Change; is the title of this research, chosen in

order to understand, to interprete and to describe the craft of Temuan's tribe.

Hopefully this research will be a useful! resource on the certain scope. This research

was discriptive based on 'grounded theory' and interdiscipline approach. For

example, historical and etnography approach were used to describe the background,

the culture and the demography of the Temuan tribe in chapter two while functional

and aesthetic approach on chapter three to describe the Temuan's craft. In chapter

four, their craft were discussed in context of comparison between the traditional and

this modern era to discover if there is any change and either the change effect any

aspect of the craft. The last chapter is chapter five contain a conclusion and

recommendation of ideas for further research.
