Abstract: 

The research has been conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of using web elements

such as text, graphic, audio, video and animation together with other varieties of web

element technique, to conduct web teaching to improve and motivate students in active

learning by using online application. The research finding describes and focus is on

element and techniques that have been used. The respondents are from the chosen web

master based on experiences and the highest web visitors as the validity of the research.

The findings of the research are a reference to a web designer in e-leaming, specifically

in music education, to use and maximize the usage of elements and techniques in online

learning. It also is a guide in basic skills for a good e-leaming site. Some suggestions of

ways to create an effective online education website are also mentioned.
